Delegating your Coins to a Validator

Please keep in mind, once your coins are staked and the next epoch starts, your coins will be locked, and in order to withdraw, you would need to "Order Withdraw" in the current epoch and then to "Withdraw" your staked coins in the next epoch. (This could be up to 7 days of waiting time, depending on when you ordered your withdraw in the last epoch.)

Summary: 1. Freshly staked coins can be withdrawn any time in the current epoch (excluding the end of epoch timeframe). 2. Coins that were staked in last epoch, need to be "ordered" for withdrawal first and can be withdrawn in the epoch after.

1. Go to staking.venidium.io

2. Login via the top right corner with your MetaMask and make sure the current phase in the epoch says "Staking Allowed" below the "Connect" button.

Make sure that the current time is within the green bar and says "Staking Allowed"

3. Once logged in you will see the staking buttons on each validator nodes.

4. Make sure you can see the check marks for active validator nodes, you can stake on non-active nodes as well, which might become active validators next epoch.

Here you can see Validator Number 10 is not active the current epoch, while Validators 11, 12 and 13 are.

5. Pick a node that you want to delegate your stake to and press the "Stake" button.

6. Enter the amount you want to stake, keep in mind, the minimum is 100 XVM.

7. Confirm by pressing the stake button and confirm the transaction in your MetaMask.

8. After confirming your transaction, you will be able to see your staked coins and beginning in the next epoch your coins will start staking.

Unstaking your delegated XVM

1. Go to staking.venidium.io and login with your Wallet which you used to Stake your XVM.

2. At the Validator Node where you delegated your coins press the "Order withdraw" button

3. Enter the amount you want to order for withdrawal and confirm by pressing the "Order withdraw" button.

4. Confirm the transaction in your MetaMask. Now you will have to wait until the next epoch.

5. Once the next epoch started, you will be able to see the "Withdraw" button at the node where you ordered your withdraw in the last epoch:

Press the Withdraw button in the next epoch.

6. Confirm the transaction in MetaMask and claim your staked Coins.
